Thanks to our CO2 Box, we analyze, purify, and compress this gas, which is then stored safely in storage racks, ready for reuse. This approach is part of a circular economy approach, reducing CO2 losses and transforming this waste into an asset for the winery.

We propose an innovative system that involves injecting CO2 into water to saturate it, thereby modifying its pH.

In partnership with FOURAGE CTI, this technology enables a reduction in the volumes of water required by over 85 %, offering a significant ecological and economic impact.

Our system, available in fixed or mobile versions, connects directly to the winery's water supply network and enables gasification of the water up to 2 g/L. The acidification of the water obtained (pH close to 5) increases its wetting power, enabling greater cleaning efficiency.

For winegrowers, carbonated water offers several practical advantages:

  • Reducing water consumption: Thanks to acidification, water consumption for tank rinsing is reduced by a factor of three.
  • Limescale dissolution: Lowering the pH also facilitates the dissolution of limescale, improving equipment life.
  • Bottling: Ideal for bottling white and rosé wines, this solution adapts to the specific needs of each production stage.
