Our system of CO2 capture is specifically dimensioned for the features from each winery. Before any installation, we carry out a in-depth study on the basis of winery plansto design a network optimized for the CO2 capture.

The collection network is then installed at the top of the tanks using high-quality materials such as pressurized PVC or stainless steel (Inox), and includes safety devices and pressure/vacuum valves. This network efficiently directs CO2 collected to a main collector.

With a recovery rate of over 90 %this system improves working conditions in the winery and reduces CO2 emissions significantly.

Once the CO2 has been captured, it is sent to the CO2 Box, where it is analyzed, purified (drying, bacterial filtration, etc.) and compressed as required, between 20 and 200 barin the form of gaseous or liquid. The CO2 Box has a automated system which lets you set the desired CO2 quality. It ensures remote supervision and integrates ambient sensors to measure in real time the level of CO₂, temperature and humidity present in the winery, with an alarm system for guarantee safety.

CO₂ BOX features: 
  • Analysis unit quality of captured CO2
  • CO2 purification (drying, bacterial filtration, etc.)
  • CO2 compression from 20 to 200 bar (gaseous or liquid state),
  • Automated system with remote supervision
After treatment and compression, the CO2 is stored in a dedicated unit, in gaseous or liquid form:
  • Storage units in cylinders, racks or tanks, with capacities ranging from 8, 20, 40 to 200 bar.
  • Storage in bottles of 6 units (200 kg) or 12 units (400 kg), to meet specific needs.
  • Optional distribution: Unit for injecting stored CO2 directly into the winery network for controlled, convenient use.
