It enables winegrowers who have equipment to capture CO2 from the fermentation process to sell it to colleagues for other uses, such as protecting the harvest or inerting vats.
The company behind the project, CO2 Bio, handles transport between two farms. Launched this year only in the Bordeaux region, the platform is set to go national in 2025... "
