The network is sized according to the characteristics of each winery. It is installed at the top of the tanks either in PVC pressure or stainless steel and includes a valve and a pressure/depression valve to promote safety. The CO2 is channeled to the main collector. With a recovery of more than 90% of the CO2, this solution brings an improvement of the working conditions in the winery.
