The acidification of the water obtained (pH close to 5) <strong>increases its wetting power<\/strong>, enabling greater cleaning efficiency.<\/p><p class=\" translation-block\">For winegrowers, carbonated water offers <strong>several practical advantages<\/strong>:<\/p><ul><li class=\" translation-block\"><b>Reducing water consumption<\/b>: Thanks to acidification, water consumption for tank rinsing is reduced by a factor of three.<\/li><li class=\" translation-block\"><b>Limescale dissolution<\/b>: Lowering the pH also facilitates the dissolution of limescale, improving equipment life.<\/li><li class=\" translation-block\"><b>Bottling<\/b>: Ideal for bottling white and ros\u00e9 wines, this solution adapts to the specific needs of each production
