The deal, completed on March 5, was led by the VitiRev Innovation fund, under the aegis of Demeter Investment Managers. This capital injection is intended to support the deployment of Wine Platform's innovative solution, called CO2 Winery, in France and internationally.\n

\nWorldwide production of fermentative CO2 exceeds 2 million tonnes a year, of which around 336,000 tonnes is generated by the wine industry in France. At present, almost all of this CO2 is released into the atmosphere, despite its potential for recovery.
